Day 1Terelj National Park (6 stops)

-Bogd Khaan Palace Museum

The Bogd Khan Palace Museum is a museum complex in the Green Palace of Bogd khan, the last king of Mongolia VIII. One of the oldest and most valuable museums in Mongolia.

-Zaisan Memorial

Located on a hill in the southern part of the city, the memorial features a circular memorial painting that depicts scenes of friendship between the people of the USSR and Mongolia.

-Genghis Khan Statue Complex

Genghis Khan Statue Complex is a 40 m tall statue of Genghis Khan on horseback, Tsonjin Boldog 54 km east of the Ulaanbaatar, where according to legend, he found a whip.

-Turtle Rock

Turtle Rock is unique granite rock formation located in Terelj National park.

-Aryabal Meditation Temple

Today we drive through the old capital of Kharkhorin and on the way we stop the sand dune of Elsen Tasarkhai to ride a camel.
 
-Erdene Zuu Abtai Sain Khan, grandfather of Zanabazar, the first Bogd, ordered construction of the Erdene Zuu monastery in 1585 after his meeting with the 3rd Dalai Lama and the declaration of Tibetan Buddhism as the state religion of Mongolia.Stones from the nearby ruins of the ancient Mongol capital of Karakorum were used in its construction.
