Manzushir Monastery, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia Discover the monastery complex of Manzushir. The complex was originally built in 1733 but completey destroyed during the socialist period in the 1930’s with just the main temple survived to date. Apart from that, you will see the ruins of all the former temples made of thick adobe walls, thatched roof, stone terraces and stone niches along the cliffs.
