This short tour includes visit to beautiful Hustai National Park nearby the city – home to the world’s only wild horse species “the Takhi” or the Przewalski horse, and the other wildlife such as red deer, gray wolf, fox, various raptors and so on. Activities involved are hiking over the hills, a visit to nomadic family and a optional short horse riding, wildlife viewing, and will give a good introduction to first time visitors to Mongolia. Suitable for add-on to China/Russia/South Korea tours.

In the morning at 09:00 am, drive to Hustai national park. Drive for 2 hrs and check into Hustai ger camp. Introduction hiking around. Back for the lunch and hiking over the hills with your guide and biologist catch golden evening hour for the wildlife photography. You’ll have a chance to have wonderful photos of wild Przewalski horse Takhi, marmot, and red deer etc. Return to the camp, dinner and rest.

Hustai National Park-Early morning visit again to the national park. Our second chance to get another beautiful photos of national park and wild horse Takhi. If you want, optional visit to Ongot historical monument from Turkic empire (6 – 7the century) is available with extra charge. Drive back to Ulaabaatar at 11:00 am, on the way, we’ll visit to nomadic family to experience their lifestyle. Transfer back to your accommodations and end of service.
